Due to COVID-19 there are many shipping delays, please allow a further 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Especially for anywhere outside of Europe. For more info please check here if your country is affected.
When placing an order you can choose between different shipping options.
- For Dutch orders you can choose between stamp (postzegel) or tracked (brievenbusdoos/pakket). During the COVID-19 crisis I recommend choosing tracked shipping.
- Orders outside to the Netherlands are all standard with tracking, this is already implemented in the shipping costs.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Dutch orders made before 10th of December will arrive before Christmas (except pre-orders that are stated to be fulfilled later than the Christmas date).
International orders made before 22nd November have the biggest chance to arrive on time before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
What are the shipping costs?
Domestic (Dutch) orders
- Untracked flat rate: €2.- to €3,-
- Tracked flat rate: €4,-
European + UK orders
- Tracked: €8,-
Rest of the World
- Tracked: €8,50
When wil my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
I try to bundle as many orders together to keep offering these low shipping costs. This might mean some orders outside of the Netherlands might take a bit to be send. I ask for your understanding, if you need something ASAP, feel free to contact me so we can look at other options. (These options are 2-3 times more expensive with shipping costs.)
Pre-orders and combined orders.
Pre-orders always have an approximate shipping time in the listing info. By default, orders that include pre-ordered items will be collected and shipped out in one go when the pre-ordered items are ready to be shipped out. Please keep this in mind when placing a bigger order.

I made a mistake on my shipping address/my address details have changed!
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. Updates cannot be made once orders have dispatched. We do not offer refunds or replacements if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details.
I can't find the tracking link on my order.
If you have (chosen) a tracked shipping please contact us with your order number and we can provide the details.
Can I combine orders?
We cannot combine orders.
My order has not arrived.
All Dutch orders take between 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If after this time the order still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we will arrange an alternative.
My order was damaged.
Please send a photo of the damaged product as well as your order number and we will arrange an alternative.
My order is incorrect/missing items.

I have to pay customs & service fees when I received my order?
Please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials, plus those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren't something we are able to control or predict.
By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
